PRIVACY/SECURITY

Mailing Lists

We do not share your information with any third party. Your name will not be sold or given to any other company for marketing. Aloha Molds may, from time to time, email you with updates about our product or specials we are offering. If you do not wish to receive these emails please contact us at SALES@ALOHAMOLDS.COM and we will discontinue promotional emails.

Secure Ordering

We are currently developing our shopping cart to allow online purchase with full security. Check back for updates. In the meantime, review our molds and order by contact form, email or phone.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Methods

US and International shipping is available. We use USPS priority, FED EX and UPS (Both Fed Ex and UPS Ground available on Oahu). Currently, we do not ship orders express mail or overnight. We will ship the least expensive way possible unless you specify a preference.

Hawaii Residents

Pick up is available for orders on Oahu. Your order must be picked up 7 days from shipping notification. After 7 days, your item will be shipped to you at your expense.

Warehouse Shipping Timeline

We will ship your order from our warehouse within 5-7 days of receipt for orders received Monday through Friday excluding holidays. During the busy seasons, October through December, shipping time may be longer. Our warehouse is closed on major holidays and shipments are processed on the next business day.

Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive two emails 1) Confirmation receipt of your order 2) Date of shipment, tracking number and method of your order was shipped.

Lost Items

We sincerely hope you will never have this experience, but in the event your package is lost we are here to assist you in tracking your package.

Insurance

We recommend orders over $100 to be insured if shipping option is USPS. The cost of insurance is listed in the table below.

International orders

Please inquire for rates and time frames at info@alohamolds.com. Currently, we ship global priority which we can only fit up to 3 molds. Using this method is not required to purchase insurance. Orders with more than 3 molds will be shipped Air mail. Insurance is required when using this method. Your shipping total will be reflected in your order confirmation email.

RETURN POLICY:

Damaged Merchandise

We strive to deliver you the highest quality product for your satisfaction. Should you receive a defective or damaged item during shipping, please contact us at customerservice@alohamolds.com or (808) 842-3500 within 48 hours from receipt of the merchandise. You will need to obtain a return authorization number to receive a replacement order at our expense. You will also receive instructions on how to return your damaged item to us at no cost to you.
