We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Company Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, and PayPal.
You will receive two emails from us regarding each order you place. The first will confirm the receipt of your order. The second will confirm shipment and provide you with shipping and tracking or delivery information.

We do not share your information with any third party. Your name will not be sold or given to any other company for marketing. Aloha Molds may, from time to time, email you with updates about our products or specials we are offering. If you do not wish to receive these emails please contact us SALES@ALOHAMOLDS.COM or by phone and we will discontinue promotional emails.
We will ship your order the best cost efficient method to you unless you specify a particular carrier. If you have a UPS or FED EX account number you would like to use, please notify us upon ordering.
US and International shipping is available. We use USPS priority, FED EX and UPS (Both Fed Ex and UPS Ground available on Oahu). Currently, we do not ship orders express mail or overnight.
Warehouse Shipping Timeline
We will ship your order from our warehouse 72 hours from the date the order was received (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). During the busy seasons October through December shipping time is longer. Our warehouse is closed on major holidays and shipments are processed on the next business day.
After placing your order, you will receive two emails 1) Confirmation receipt of your order 2) Date of shipment, tracking number and method of your order was shipped.
We sincerely hope you will never have this experience, but in the event your package is lost we are here to assist you in tracking your package.
We strive to deliver to you the highest quality product for your satisfaction. All of our molds are guaranteed free of defects. In the event you should receive a defective or damage item during shipping, please contact us email@example.com or (808) 744-9379 within 48 hours from receipt. You will need to obtain a return authorization number to receive a replacement at our expense. You will also receive instructions on how to return your damaged item to us at no cost to you.
Please inquire for rates and time frames at firstname.lastname@example.org. Currently, we ship global priority which we can only fit up to 3 molds. Using this method is not required to purchase insurance. Orders with more than 3 molds will be shipped Air mail. Insurance is required when using this method. Your shipping total will be reflected in your order confirmation email.
